Still seems like a lot of semantics being drawn for when something can or can't be terminated when I see these discussions.
Like shit they haven't even opened their eyes yet, and they aren't really having conscious thoughts at that point that amount to anything tangible.the very possibility it could be a person is enough to not risk it
But what makes a person a person?
I look more at mental functionality and their range for experiences. If someone died having only seen the back of their eyelids while inside a womb, they haven't really lived much yet so it's not much investment lost.
I'd find losing a four year old significantly more tragic than a miscarriage.
