If you're just looking to feel like you're eating that stuff's 0 calories, otherwise weight watchers recommends sipping water between bites to feel full faster.
Edit: That being said, this advice is not a substitute for food, it is in addition to a healthy diet.

It sucks but I like literally have to replace emotional eating with doing inner healing work on myself I don't want to do it but I have to do it
bandaid quick fixes on the surface level problems is not going to resolve any of my problems long-term
The distractions are not themselves the fix, they are just a way to pass the time for when Time itself is the solution.
