Before even reading anything I find the idea of Christianity accepting fusions with outside religions and philosophies to go against many of their texts.
so I come from a new age belief system background and have practiced mindfulness and visualizations and manifesting and soul searching and all of this stuff in the past, and I found this interesting website that kind of allows for both while still believing in God
except the goal is to become filled with the holy spirit and Jesus's love not "nirvana" or whatever which is why I am questioning if this even counts as Buddhism

so what is buddhism if you take away the religious part of it is what I am asking
like mindfulness and loving-kindness are not inherently "sinful" from my perspective, and neither are visualization or manifestation
and neither is doing deep inner healing work with the goal of connecting more with God and being filled with more love and peace and joy, and less egoic garbage

We first have to ask what parts constitute "The Religious Part", as Christianity has tons of passages like:
"See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ." - Colossians 2:8

I have to disagree with you that doing whatever it takes to be filled with more fruits of the spirit would be sinful 🤷♀️
the ultimate goal of Christianity is to become as filled with the fruits of the holy spirit and compassionate humble love as possible (and trying to avoid sinning)

Christianity would likely argue that such findings are Snake Oil Salesmanship from Satan to make other religions appear less Satanic.
Other Christians are liable to claim that God's word is heard outside of the confines of Bible history's range, and that Him speaking to other cultures can manifest as other named faiths that speak unto the same tenants and beliefs.
It's dicey either way, it's dabbling with worldly philosophy. I'm all for you doing this but of course I am.
