I figured money was no object to her over how the numbers began so large that they were rendered meaningless growing up. 

She may never have to imagine what it would be like to be penniless.

I could never be a sahm. not to dis them but that looks like a miserable lifestyle.

Having come from a home where my mother kept working and my father was the stay-at-home until old enough for them to resume a dual-income household, I'd say just find someone who wants to do the parts you don't if you're otherwise thinking family-stuff or whatever.
