**trigger warning** ? :p
God's discipline and gentle patient and compassionate teaching is a lot different than the voice of my negative inner critic, and God wants me to stop allowing it to be fueled by both external and internal sources
In order to kill the negative inner critic, it must be starved and I shall starve it as Jesus wills 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊✝️
and I shall be intermittent fasting from food during this period of my life too, **trigger warning too** but this is not starving myself unlike someone very special that we all know here (Turncoat, perhaps ?) would like people to believe :p

Well yeah, starving's not so much the problem so much as you destroying your metabolism over 'Feast or Famine' practices.
The body is at it's healthiest when it's eating a little bit multiple times a day, as that keeps the metabolism in motion. When you aren't eating your metabolism slows down to compensate, and then when you do eat it'll hold onto those calories for dear life from suspecting they are not there in abundance.
It's a mechanism meant to help with short term survival, but in the long term it taxes your body to eat like 2k calories all at once once a day.
God's discipline and gentle patient and compassionate teaching is a lot different than the voice of my negative inner critic, and God wants me to stop allowing it to be fueled by both external and internal sources
God also asks that you armor up against it while otherwise still observing it, the only guy source that full blown pushes the values of ignorance, arguably, is Ecclesiastes who outright demonizes the virtues of Wisdom.

Pretty sure this is you speaking for Him, The Bible believes you're to weather through it rather than ignore it.
Ignorance is not strength, not even in Heaven.

I said that I could eat up to 2000 a day, but probably would only eat 800-1200, and I am going to eat consistently at the same time every day for that one hour so my body will not freak out about food and intermittent fasting is supposed to train your body to burn fat instead of carbohydrates, did you know that ?

No, he says that I am supposed to take every thought captive to Christ which means every lie Satan puts in my head or that my own thoughts put in my head or that other people say to me or about me to tempt me to believe it about myself, I have to take it captive and correct it with the positive scriptural truth about my identity in Christ
this is New Testament scripturally sound and called transforming myself through the renewing my mind It is not so much ignoring as much as not taking it into consideration as truth If I was to ignore any possibility of being confronted with lies about myself at all I would have to be dead and gone in into eternal life already
Philippians 4:8
8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Ephesians 4:23
23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
2 Corinthians 10:5
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Romans 12:2
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
see ? I am not speaking for him

Ignorance is not strength, not even in Heaven.No, he says that I am supposed to take every thought captive to Christ
They most definitely do not refer to it as being captive, that's instead reserved for philosophy in general:
Be careful that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deceit based on human tradition, based on the elements of the world, rather than Christ. - Colossians 2:8
Their use of language suggests resistance rather than outright ignorance, which is different from some other faiths. Rather than symbolisms of seeing demons as if motes of light, too distant to make any contact with them as per religions like Buddha, the Bible instead goes on about one's Armor of God.
Over and over they go on about how God is all one needs to be protected from the risks of other things, and their passages specifically note that one is to not compromise with them, that one is to not be 'bound together with unbelievers', but it does not otherwise say to outright ignore them.
If they're ignored, how are they supposed to be saved? If you could crumble from the words of mortals then you do not have the Armor of God.
which means every lie Satan puts in my head or that my own thoughts put in my head or that other people say to me or about me to tempt me to believe it about myself, I have to take it captive and correct it with the positive scriptural truth about my identity in Christ
The Bible would tell you to pull your strength from God, and that that'd be enough.
If Satan can still get to you, then you do not have the Armor of God.

None of this says to ignore what other people are saying, even the passage for Corinthians seems almost aggressive in how to handle it rather than avoidant like you'd take it as.
You ought to see an armor smithy to get some armor.
