Our brains are electric, and they respond to electromagnetic stimulation. TMS therapy uses electronic frequencies to treat mood disorders. It can probably be used to induce other chemical reactions in the brain.

Mainstream programs have this emotional narrative, so when the 6 o clock news reports on say, 1 presidential candidate, they can send calculated frequencies to sour the viewer into voting based on feelings. Of course this is a theory, but if what you're writing is true, then this would probably be the idea. 

I'm in a condo and at the moment my Bluetooth scan is picking up 2 mysterious mac addresses.

Later on when I'm in contact with some vaxxed friends, we'll go out into the park and see if I can detect addresses on them as well. Relocate, then try again, and again away, and back again. I assume the addresses should be the same for the same people. Or maybe at least show up when they're in range.

 My thinking on the 5G is that there is no real difference between 4G,5G,6G except data rates and frequency bands. 5G is just faster and typically higher in frequency. If you were going to track 7 billion people you would need a high data rate backbone infrastructure. Just look at China, facial recognition and tracking via 5G.

I think what you explain is entirely possible with todays technology. There are many cancer research examples showing radio induced drug release. Feel good drug for the candidate of your choice, feel bad drug for the opposition.

You absolute morons, even without the "microchip" vaccines" and "nano implants" you can still be tracked via your phone and other electronics, ICE has been tracking and spying for far longer than these vaccines you fear.
