Even Jim has less risk of being prosecuted than you due to his being from a trash country with a bad legal system.
You should care about keeping your site legal more than anyone because you can be hurt. All it takes is a a single police warrant for the registrar to give up your personal information. How do you think they figured out who Luna was in order to contact her when wormboy was being investigated?

I don't see any CP around. If the mods do not delete it, I will. But don't expect me to go here to delete CP all the time, I expect the community to find mods for this, I am not your caretaker and if it gets to a point where I have to sit all day and take care of this myself I will just auto remove all images and links posted by all members, until mods are picked.

New members posts should be queued, a moderator then examines the post before releasing it to the public.
This method will terminate trash posts and silence the returning banned.

This might be something to consider when there's an actual problem, but as is it seems excessive if you ask me.
Without any threats in place all it'd do is slow things down, considerably.
