And what if this protest were to rock our country for years? What if most of the Natives from across the country were to come down and march? Keep in mind that the numbers of actual antifa in this country are tiny. Anarchosyndicalists total less than a tenth of 1% of our voters. And militant anarchists are only a fraction of that number. So what if French cops were to get on them with pepper spray and rubber bullets and still fail to disperse the mob? And what if the French cops were to enlist some Proud Boys to rough up the Natives, to put an end to the thing. I mean over a hundred dead, and over a thousand wounded? After a little protest? What if that protest were to drag on for over 2 months?
What if the situation were perceived to be dire enough for Emmanuel Macron to get involved? And what if he came into Canada with tanks and heavy weapons to upend everything? And even take back w/e part of Gaspe was home to the loudest bickering? Made a wee piece of Canada part of France, while the rest of the world ignored what was going on up here? And what if he came back a few years later for another land grab? What if war crimes were committed on such a scale during the second campaign, with so much propaganda flying around, that there was doubt about which side committed them? What if Macron's stated goals were to de-antifa and de-militarize all of Canada? No weapons, no military and no protesting for Native rights ever again bc of a few antifa members. Around 50 000 dead after 2 months, no end in sight, and Macron blowing a bunch of hot air about dropping nukes and invading Poland next.

Thousands of students went to protest a rigged election that led to a president (Viktor Yanukovich) that nobody wanted and nobody voted for promptly jumping into bed with Putin. The student protesters wanted closer ties with the EU, Yanukovich wanted w/e Putin offered him to betray the Ukrainian people and support the Russian Kleptocracy.
The protest ended in bloodshed and over 100 actual deaths bc the people hired to silence it started out with the usual rubber bullets and so on. I believe they were legit police officers. But as the months wore on, they were going into the crowd and beating on people with billy bats and using tear gas. Toward the end they were using real bullets. It is also rumored that the people shooting bullets into the crowd were Russian backed independent contractors, not legit Ukraine police officers.
Putin's forces invaded and annexed Crimea shortly thereafter.
