Was there music or silence?
silence actually interestingly enough, idk it is like I was already full of something causing pleasure so I did not need to think about being full of something causing pleasure
It can be nice to feel tones while in a less composed headspace sometimes.
There's actually vibrators you can sync to music.

Something with a lot of bass, or didgeridoo.
Edit: Clams Casino can be nice too, pretty much anything that'd help with letting go.
