Alright, so you gotta think of ways to get them and can't expect people to just show up on their own. That means either bots to spam it, or members to shill it personally, or legitimate paid advertising. Or a combination of the three. What would be good websites to perform the shilling on?

Doesn't have to be websites, find niche edgy discord servers with members willing to sell their left testicle to talk to someone like minded

I remember this "recruiter" guy on discord who used to invite people to their server using enticing/vague "come and see" types of enforcement. It was effective, gained like 120 members just that day.
Discord is plausible. Keep in mind that it's common to be banned over shilling other sites/servers though. This is the case in many communities especially forums. So it might do well for nobody to use their main account if they're going to go promote. I think at least 2 or 3 new people a week would join if a few people did that a few times a week for a few hours.
