I will have my own bathroom and a shared kitchen and living room with one other female roommate
and there are no staff on site, and you pick a time and one person will come and talk to you once a week like check in on how you are doing and that is pretty much it
there was a lot of drama and gossip where I was living and also idolization of wealth and outwards appearance and glorying in pride and materialism

I know this is different, it's just condos, but I've visited people in mental rehab facilities before and every time I go there, there's an underlying theme of lust in the air. I think the reason is because a lot of the mentally ill seek acceptance or they want some kind of escape so they are in a sense vulnerable to people who'll use them for sex.
Everyone I've ever visited in those places either had a fling, or a fling in the making. Last time one of my friends lost his mind, there were two women orbiting him, one wanted romance, and the other girl just hung out with us quietly gazing at the ground. My buddy told the quiet girl how she smells like a nutsack and she vanished, kinda mean but it was clear that she was touching herself when she was out of sight.
Enjoy the new space. Better if you had the place to yourself, but if this new roommate is someone you'll love then that would be a bonus.
How and why did this decision come up?
the roommates that I was living with and church that I was a part of were very unapologetically gossipy and worldly and prideful, and I am not sure why initially I was attracted to that, maybe because it felt more familiar coming out from living in hollywood, but long-term it is not appropriate for me, because Jesus is calling me to become very much like him and to "come out of the world" so to speak
he calls all Christians to do this, but only some listen, and I was temporarily seduced by worldly Christianity 🤷♀️

I think that I blew some things out of proportion yeah, but ultimately I would be happier living alone (fine with having another roommate with mental health issues in the condo sharing a living room and kitchen with me though, whether she is or is not a Christian) while I am still recovering. once I am healthy enough to be working as well as serving and helping others, I am not sure how I will feel about living with other women in like a house setting or if that would even be a good fit in my lifestyle then either
ultimately, it is important to try new things but my present living situation is just not the ideal fit for my recovery or my relationship with Jesus
I wish my present roommates nothing but the best, there were just a lot of things not well thought out before me moving in here and it was a rush decision but I think still part of God's will for me, just not for long-term
