It is like, a cessation of needing peoples approval and praise to feel good about yourself
but for me personally it requires forgiveness, of other people and of myself

It is interesting to frustrate people by telling them "God bless" in your head and being nice to them and building them up, in response to them doing behaviors in an attempt to trigger or upset you
I do not want to be controlled like that anymore lol
