thinking about you ?
serious question
because I have been paranoidly obsessed with trying to read other people's minds about their opinions of me for far too long
and I do not want to think this unhealthily anymore and it has me thinking about- what do healthy minds of people with decent social skills spend their time focusing on ? especially counselor type mindsets since I am aspiring to become a counselor for females one day
Before answering that, a couple questions, which might help...
Do you ask others more or less directly? When you find out their opinion, or at least think it's theirs, what is your reaction? Disbelief? Offense?
How they affect you already will probably tell you something about why you think so much about it. It's possible to function without worrying or thinking so much about them. How much do you interact with them or have to on a normal basis? How much does this preoccupation inhibit or affect you and everyday functioning?

What to eat, how long I've been awake, how I'm doing in a game...
serious question
For your case. You have nothing else at the moment.

Literally anything else. I can't think of a more boring thing to think about.
You are paying so much attention to your relationship with others that your relationship with yourself is faltering. Maybe think about who you are independent of external influence, and if you don't like who that is, then figure out a way forward with yourself so you can become something you like more.

How do you reflect on this now?
