Not to apply for it. They make the person go to court and then order a paternity test if the person asks for it.

 I don't think so. But a restraining order could happen. This is why Ukraine is so popular. They need a place to commit crimes.

Do Not Enter My Country!!!! This is my safe space and I don’t want you intruding. This country is not for you. I will report the multiple rapes too, so you will be in jail. All they have to do is check the records of me coming back to the country and the claim is substantiated. 

 just because he comitted a crime and a bit of rape doesn’t make him a criminal.

 No but they put his name on a list when I left. Hopefully that will be enough to stop him from coming, but if not, I guess it really doesn’t matter as long as he doesn’t try to do anything like come to my state. As long as I never see him. I think that’s good enough. Although I’m a sucker for fathers being in their children’s lives, so maybe if he gets the help he needs and is fixed, he can see his daughters if he wants, but that’s like when she’s old enough and wise enough to protect herself. Like 25 or so.
