Intelligent people might not constantly talk about how intelligent they are,  but they do not legitimately brag about being stupid either lol

This isn't intelligence, this is just being humble or wise. At most this could refer to The Dunning Kruger Effect, but even that's over confidence rather than their intellect. 

There's plenty of very smart people with no wisdom at all, making mistakes in common sense while otherwise succeeding in rare abilities. If you ask me I'd say that's more common than not, as having problems is what presents challenges to overcome, rather than a milling and averaging of abilities to coast within the norm.

Only philosophers and the self-loathing would willingly call themselves stupid and mean it, and to insist you are not stupid to me is the same as insisting you are intelligent.

this is nihilism and hedonism, correct ?

pursuing pleasure first and foremost before even rationality does not seem like intelligence to me, so maybe those who participate in this type of lifestyle and belief system should not speak on intelligence lol,  this is my take  :p

I see her third quote as closer to being about a willingness to make mistakes to learn from them and be better after. 

...I also see an irony in how her first quote says that smart people don't need to talk about how smart they are, followed by her third quote where she defends her own intelligence. Based on these three quotes alone I'd say she has a chip on her shoulder over it, and deep down believes she's stupid while fighting herself through projecting it on others.

Seems more like self-loathing at the core with themes of arguing with herself through proxies.
