Photoshop Surgery

Enhancing the natural beauty as best as I can with just facetune. The right photo is the work of a cosmetic esthetician, the left is my photoshop surgery results. I just want to show the potential I see in facial structures. I don't focus on anything else but just structural balance and profile.

Obviously, skin texture, wrinkles, (eye lid and lip textures) and skin even-ness/coloring and makeup, brows lashes, hair, are a separate category that I am leaving alone for the most part, as facetunes software isn't quite up to par to give the results I'd be looking for in these categories while still remaining natural. I did the best I could do within the limitations of the software to bring the basic vision to life, but IRL, there is much more that can be done to fully makeover an individual to the caliber I envision.

The most difficult to facetune I'd say is brow shaping and lip shaping. So, like I said I did the best I could do with the software to give a natural result.

This is just something I do for fun, I don't know why, but I enjoy it.

Obviously, I'm just doing things to my own taste and preferences, and everyone has difference visions and preferences they are interested in. For example this nose style might not be everyone's favorite, but it is mine. It is inspired by the work of a turkish surgeon I follow on instagram who does similar results on all his patients.

This is just a "style" and a preference some may opt for and find desirable, but obviously, it doesn't have to be what you want or what you're going for, and thats why you would in real life choose a different surgeon. It's completely fine to not have the same taste in nose profile, that's a really specific thing that I feel like is unique to the individual.

And last disclaimer, obviously these results aren't exactly perfect, I just did the best I could do on my literal phone. It's pretty difficult, so, I'd say this is just a rough outline of my vision  or potential for their structures. Did I get it exactly right or exactly perfect, no. It's a rough sketch.

When I am editing, I am striving to leave as much as I can the way it is, only focusing on making changes that require no surgery or down time. In these cases, these results are completely achievable and realistic with just filler and a simple nose job with about a week or two recovery time. Meaning the work is just focused on the bridge, it's a very minimal surgery. And the tip can be corrected with filler, requiring no tip surgery.

That is my aim here is to show that a total makeover for some facial structures is possible while getting stunning results, with literally only 1 surgery- the rest is all done with injectables with zero downtime. I'm only making adjustments in areas I know are *possible* to change and get that result with an injectable and is basically not difficult to do.

For example, I don't make changes to the forehead, because this is an area you really can't change much with injectables, and its incredibly dangerous to do so. The high risk of blindness is not worth it in my opinion, and not necessary to have a beautiful end result. The other areas aren't dangerous to mess with and don't risk filler migration that will negatively affect the client. So I'm making the edits very mindfully and realistically as possible. That's while you notice I don't over do any lip augmentation, extremely minimal balancing as realistically lip symmetry is more beautiful than changing the shape of the lip, due to the nature of filler migration and the way that filler can start to look very unnatural very quickly.

There are other ways to change lip shape without filler that I would recommend instead if you absolutely must, but, the point here again is to show, you really don't need to 'overdo' your cosmetic procedures or drastically alter lip shape to have a beautiful look or face. This is about taking their natural structure an enhancing and balancing it, and aiming for youthful radiance, and feminine model esc lines, facial profiles, and facial ratio's (proportions). Resulting in 'perceived' over all aesthetic beauty and improved confidence. All with minimal achievable and simple esthetician work. Without looking unnatural or "filler-y"

Dang, the lies. I don’t wear makeup because I don’t want to take it off one day and be like… I’m actually ugly, sorry.
