I’d love to reach my 80’s but I have a feeling I’ll be one of those mid-60’s Jimmy Buffet-types that has a massive cardiac arrest on a cruise ship.

Why not? There's even websites that work as a rough predictor based on your living habits. 

I started thinking about it more over how my disorder shows a proclivity to reduced lifespan, as does the Insomnia it's mingling with.
