Blanc's Word generator reminded me of this game I used to play. It's like a Mad Libs where you create your own horror story using a specified word generator like (Noun, verb, weapon, number, body part, location, ect). Sometimes the endings were more funny.
There were a few versions depending on which fear you chose to generate a story. Fears included going insane, death, creepy children, monsters or mutants, kidnappers, the undead, ghosts, being buried alive, creepy dolls, hexes or curses, demons, murderers, betrayal, etc.
