one of my female colleagues said she eats meat only on the weekend. I thought this sounds good and implemented it. i started one week ago. So far it is good and pretty refreshing. makes you find new foods and adds this sense of excitement to your life. yesterday night i was in a vegan restaurant. i know it is the weekend and i could have gotten meat but i chose not to. normally i would have said lets not go there because i would have wanted to eat meat but it kinda got me curious. dont get me wrong, the 20 dollar vegan barbecue plate was shit - but still a refreshing experience. would try it again if i had not tried it before.
