one of the main reasons I became a Christian is because I was sick of feeling like I needed attention from ungodly sources, because I kept having to give up more and more of my spirit and soul and compassion to keep getting the "positive attention" that I was craving
such a horrible addiction it was, but I have Jesus now and I am going to start leaning on the truth of the scriptures that say that he is always with me, even when I do not feel like it

faith is hard, do not let anyone tell you otherwise
at least when you are first starting to learn to exercise it, like to believe something even when none of your senses are verifying it
I am admittedly horrible at exercising faith, but I am so sick of the alternatives that I am finally ready to just go all in
