i want you to take a sheet of paper and have some columns. what you will do is, throughout the day you will monitor your mood from 1-10. when the number is high (for happy) and low (for sad/angry) i want you to write down the following:
-what you are feeling (emotion)
-what you are thinking (actual thoughts in your head)
-what you were doing just before you felt the strong emotions (if you can't remember that's ok)
over a few days this should give you an idea of what is making you happy or unhappy and give more insight into what causes you to feel this way.
