These sorts of social dynamics need to be understood as a mod, otherwise you'll end up gullible and pushed by other people while not understanding the entire story. This is how someone could for instance think Sugar is a mod when even she has not said as much.

Mods have to explore the origin of situations rather than just responding to people's demands. The point of the job is to ideally do nothing.
