How do you even know if I look unintelligent or not? Is it because of the avatar? My avatar looks nothing like me.

Here's the issue: If I were to follow your method and only listen to people I think in advance aren't dumb, then why should I listen to you?

If you turn out to actually be smart, I'd have to put aside how dumb you present yourself to hear you out, but by your methods why would I bother to in the first place when you don't look intelligent?

Because looks don't determine intelligence.

Imagine you're surrounded by autistic people with average IQs of 50. What is the probability that you find out they're actually smarter than you?
