It's almost Christmas/Holiday time. I'm thinking we could donate to charities in honour of SC members as their Christmas gift.
You can donate any amount without pressure to disclose the amount. I will participate too~
Here are some charities I recommend. Feel free to chose another and say "I donate in honour of X Sc member".
CHARITY WATER : Charity that aims to bring potable water to those without. They promise 100% of donations go towards the mission.
THORN : A foundation that aims to stop sex trafficking (co-founded by Ashton Kutcher).
DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS : An organization that helps people medically in any country.
OCEANA : Want to help the environment by working on the pollution world's oceans.
MILES 4 MIGRANTS : The interesting part is this company will take "airmiles" or "airline points" stored up to donate.
FOOD & WATER : General aid in providing food and water. There is a bit of work on climate change.
AMAZON CONSERVATION : Focus on the amazon forest (by planting trees, advocating, etc).
SAMARITAN'S PURSE : A Christian organization that spreads the gospel while helping in some general ways.
