Im doing a poll about my life. I currently am sick with Covid 19. My doctor gave me a sick note for this week. Now usually the curfew is 2 weeks. The health department told me because I am vaccinated I can take a PCR test after a week and if it is negative I can leave my house and go to work etc. But you have to pay for it yourself. It is around 70 Euro (Maybe 90 Dollars?). So for me I could take it on Monday. I would think it would be negative, but maybe it would still be positive. I am working Mondays til Thursdays. I called my doctor on friday and she said she will send me a sick note for next week also. So I am asking myself if I should take the PCR test and go to work from tuesday onwards or if I should stay at home. I would have a sick note for the whole week but I also could probably work. They are very stressed at work. Too many patients as it is and I have a kind of difficult time at the moment, because I dont give a fuck about administrative work and it is catching up with me. My supervisor told me she is not happy with my work when I called in sick and she said they have troubles finishing my reports about patients. Usually I have my own system where I can kind of do it OK with minimalistic effort but if someone neurotic or OCD like looks at it they get a heart attack. Of course when Im set and independent it will be good for me but right now it gives them a negative impression about me. On the other hand I think no one thanks you for putting in extra effort and they will be equally unhappy with me if I go back early.
