I'd agree with you that I hate Bill Gates, and Joe Biden, and the majority of the upper echelons of this society, however do I think they are communist puppets of China that want control your life and inject you with vaccines that give autism, or use them as a means of control? No.

The leftists you see that promote these figures that call themselves communists aren't, and only think that way because the CIA created the Congress of Cultural Freedom, a project that sought to create a new wing of Academia using Trotskyists that would later lay the foundation of Neo-Conservatism. It succeeded quite well. 

The point of this Academia? To actively turn the youth that was getting into Communism against the Soviet Union and to be essentially reactionary towards actual Marxist movements. A "Synthetic Left" if you will. We have almost similar views, it's just I don't entirely reject the vaccine, nor do I fear China as a boogey man that wants to control my life.  That's where you get retards that say "USSR was not real socialism, but my brand would be!"

The internet needs filtering and regulation because it is a cesspool of misinformation and decadence. Twitter as an example is something I'd dream of being gone. You think I like kpop stans that are creepy and weird or mass amounts of pedophiles preying on kids? The internet exacerbates mental illness and spreads misinformation, that never dies. Societies before us didn't have to worry about the accumulation of false information, but now we do, and it's not unique to the Right. You can get weird fucking out of their mind retarded liberals that are in their own echo chambers. Like you see now. 


I don't support going around fighting on the behalf of minorites calling working families bigots and sperging out like ANTIFA where I randomly vandalize for no reason. Looting and rioting, destroying local businesses is not how you make a movement, if your goal is to win over the people.

 That would imply we are all rational creatures of free will, a notion i'd reject, and that as such there needs to be some sort of control in order to keep us in check and to not completely regress us.

Societies before didn't have the tech, that's why I'm saying this new mechanic within our society has a very real and dramatic impact on people within our society, and so I believe that it should be studied and controlled to make sure it doesn't do harm, which is what I see happening.

 I mean you can paint it as thought control, I kind of see it as either way we're fucked. Either this, or we eventually regress into echo chambers of gated communities based around various different conspiracy shit that makes no sense. LiYang being the type that is anti-vaxxer and believes in a world communist conspiracy that wants to control us through fear and cull the population. 

I just dream of a sentient AI being able to filter and curate information in a way that is as factual and unbiased as possible. I understand why the implications are scary. Obviously, I'm speaking of something theoretical, and not necessarily known to be possible or actually happen in the precise way I'd like it to be.

My issue with social media platforms and the fact that they aren't regulated ties into the spread of misinformation, but also just brewing toxicity that does nothing but create or worsen mental illness. The fact there are studies that show social media like twitter or instagram can contribute to increase in suicidal thoughts is reason enough for me to believe that something must be done. I just have the opinion that ultimately such things don't deeply serve any benefit to anyone and for the most part can only hurt someone. 

The mask that the internet creates, while I like to an extent as that is what I am using right now, a mask right? Although, give the unfortunate ability to humans not to be held to their personhood and engage in behaviors that were never really possible before, as if you were a troll online that could pressure someone into killing themselves, you can get away with it, a similar scenario most likely wouldn't have ever been possible in history, unless you kept someone in isolation and did it too them between you and them, and no one really knew they went missing. 

I tend to view us as entities of worship in some way or another, and that we have a desire to be judged and that there must be rules and order, as that is how society itself is formed and allows cohesion. A theoretical sentient AI that serves as the custodian of our species, as well as the judge and "god" is a lot better than to potentially allow a massive dark age event set our species back and to create a world of incoherent chaos. 

Perhaps, I'm somehow not in touch with reality, and that my fears and concerns are simply just pure paranoia. I guess I'll wait and see.
