can it be embedded? could it be minimized/closed? Maybe forced play would actually be good, but there should be a way to make it less dominant. Maybe by embedding it.

It does make it annoying if you open SC with multiple tabs as well, since it tries to load them all separately.
If we can do a few successful movie nights with it as it is I think it'll build a better case for applying fixes to it.

Sure: put up a trailer or something (like MissC above) and then people can use the vote function and we can figure it out from there, to start.
