What do you like about Naruto?
It seemed to me more like everyone had a Good/Evil switch, and then the Flash-Forward in the plot allowed a tiny bit of maturity to seep in.
It was pretty surface level stuff.
I'd like to chuck in Pride, Prejudice & Zombies
As a fan of the TV Special (not the movie), this could be fun for making comparisons.
I'm sure their Mr. Darcy will be entertaining if they maintain his classic awkwardness.

I spent a little time looking into how long it would take to watch Naruto in it's entirety, and I never got a straight answer.
Maybe it'll be 241 hours long. If played non stop ( not happening ) it'll take 10 days.
I don't think it's humanly possible to watch the show in 10 days, but finishing it at any rate would considerably be an achievement.

Back in the day I used to watch Naruto once a week as they were coming out. They were subbed, then it would take 3 days to download the episode using Bittorrent with a 56k modem on an IBM Aptiva. Epidodes were in HD which was rare to see online. The first season is older than youtube, and if you remember youtube in it's early days, most uploads were either low quality webcams or VHS quality video.
It was a new show then, I was in my 20's.
I don't know how far into Shippuden I went, but I stopped there. Then I said fuck it and spoiled the rest. So basically I know what happens and saw clips.
It's way too long.
