Sounds more like wrathful frustration is creeping into your mindset, blinding you of peace. 

Attempting to shut down the conversation like this is an easy way to push onlookers towards Satan. Rather than such sinful displays one ought to display the seven virtues if they hope to appeal to people: 

my authority comes from God and God alone, and I am not insecure about it either lol because no matter how I have tried to run from it in the past, Jesus is continuing to lead and guide me towards taking on more and more Motherly responsibility over all of humankind

You sound insecure about it, and for whatever reason God has written into His great plan that you find yourself here. 

Perhaps your authority was meant to be questioned so that you might learn some greater lesson, like Humility and Patience perhaps, or Diligence?
