It hasn't been that long since her and Tryp were doing it, and she insisted about them using protection when no one had accused her of otherwise...
Considering how drunk she'd let herself get, how much she was apparently blacking out then, we can't really account for if they used protection any more than she theoretically could. She might be pregnant with Tryp's kid and have no idea at all from some drunken excursions in the bedroom with him, but based on her taking pre-natal vitamins in advance she's either carrying or trying to set herself up to trap Chapo all the same.
She's already admitted to being willing to lie about who the father is, so clearly this lie isn't that much more of a stretch for her to do. Even during her time with Tryp we kept seeing her on here plotting and scheming some pretty crazy shit, and she might be trying to move onto another guy over how she associates Tryp as why she lost her kid in the first place (rather than self-blame where it's warranted).
