Crave might have some NPD, Cav maybe NPD too, BT and user maybe schizoid or something, liyang seems fine perhaps a little schizotypal. Hard to tell for sure tho.

I agree with you that LiYang is neurotypical. He does have illusions of grandiosity, thinks the government is out to get him, and believes the covid vaccine is a mass-murder scheme to reduce the population. But that's healthy.

A lot of normies do all those things. The question is the severity (amount of symptoms, if they are chronic, and how much they affect one's daily life). Not every negative characteristic means a dx.

If he has hallucinations, thats not just conspiratorial nonsense. A lot of people believe in conspiratorial nonsense, esp as a form of cope from a failure of some sort.

For example not all anti-vaxers are so mentally troubled they would get a severe dx, like a PD. Maybe depression or anxiety of some sort, but those are temporary. And a lot of them are probably just stupid, not mentally ill.
