He's the host of Hot Ones, so he gets his guests to show a more honest side of themselves through pushing them through a hot sauce experience while he's maintaining alongside with them just fine in such a way that pressures them to keep going. He also asks good questions that usually disarm them over the research done to know to ask that, having them respond often like he's a fan.

His way of pushing them to keep going is subtly snarky yet effective, and people like Colbert recognized him to the point of taking him from the internet onto his show. He also has a huge portfolio of interviews now with famous celebrities, which I've used to supplement speculative data in relation to Astrology in ways that aren't normally as helpful when the interviewee is otherwise being too professional.

They seem more like they get pumped, I mean they did agree to do these hot sauce challenges in the first place.
