I was almost kinda fine with all this until i saw the $5 fee.
It's almost like when you're shopping for stuff online and you go to checkout and the shipping and handling fee is like 9.99 and you'd rather not spend that much on shipping so you cancel your 400$ order.
There’s only a fee if rejected. I can can give an estimate of success in percentage if requested.
