The Raspberry pi $50 and the NVME drive $150-$200ish are the 2 most expensive components to that build bringing it to $300.

The cooling fan and heatsink, no idea how much that would go for, probably more expensive than it looks. 3D printing gets expensive with prolonged usage but that isn't bad. And I don't know much much for the display

Building one of those I'm guessing would cost between $400 and $500 depending on the capacity and amount of RAM the pi is packing. More fun to build than use I'd say.
