It’s about finding the right dose with addy (if you have true adhd) but gaba is useless 

If you were taking the addy for focus or what reasons were you taking these for I’d you don’t mind me asking because 

there are ways to help focus issues more holistically that you may find helpful or at least make you feel a little better

Most given addy don't have ADHD, and frankly giving speed to someone already speeding is bad practice imo (as is the zombie treatments done by taking meds before bed).
