TLDR; Unless we're willing to hire a lawyer to personally address that how we're handling things isn't an issue with the current state of how the internet handles doxes on websites, at least back then Meta's concluded that we're to take it down on sight for the sake of the website over that being 'less complicated'. She's at this point her own worst offender when it comes to her being doxed, and as such we have to be on the lookout for when she attacks herself... apparently.
While we used to be able to coast on the idea back in the day that posting themselves makes them open for reposts of the same tier, that's really more of an honor system.
