I know u have to contract the core etc to not g1eget back pain, so I flex the abs etc when I do it with a long bar and it minimized my back pain. Now I noticed that if I push my hips out to the front while squattinfng this seems to minimize it further. Is this usually done? I know most people say make a hollow cross when doing it but how I do it the back is totally straight. Hollow cross gives me pain
