I wake up in the morning, and log into SC. I saw a funny video and would like to share it in the video sharing interface. I want to look at the latest senate races, maybe run. I know it means little but it is a fun way to interact. But, to my dismay, those things are gone. Those were things I had never seen integrated into this style of chatroom, they were unique and cool. Now they are gone.
Let me go on the record and say that I do not like change. Once I find myself enjoying something I basically wish for it to be perpetual. I enjoyed the previous SC and I am only on this one due to that enjoyment and sadly, I am not getting much out of it. First off there are less people and even if some of SC's main cast is here something seems...... suppressed, about it now. One of the more amusing and entertaining dynamics of SC were its various deep-rooted conflicts. Nothing screamed "welcome to sociopath community" quite like the pedophile version of Jafar from Alladin invading the site daily on an insatiable warpath and watching his nemesis attempt to deal with it. It was pretty funny, but sadly it is gone.
Conflict is fun, and there is no conflict here and very little dissenting opinions from the group. There is a reason I bitched about the SC hive mentality and now everyone can behold its effects. Primal was a great source of entertaining drama and alternative outlooks, and look it this, she is banned. CS does not really post anymore. Half the reason people even made posts on SC was to troll Luna, and I am not so sure if it is a good thing that there is no Luna to troll because now the fun of the Luna vs Jim war is over. In fact, most conflicts are. I thought is was a circlejerk before, but now it REALLY IS.
And as for those happier with the new leader, why? Luna banned if you trolled her, and if you posted CP, but ultimately she let people back. But is this any better? Primal is living proof that this may be just as bad. Just like Luna, this person will take to threads to personally attack you, but not just threads that are against them- I've been insulted in some way, shape, or form by this person in every thread I've made, and everyone else just strokes their mutilated genitalia.
And, where were they the past...... year? Off of SC, sitting quietly and angrily plotting their mad vengeance in a stew of angst.... hiding behind puppet accounts with bad spelling..... stubbornly refusing to so much as make a post on SC with their main. The rest of us were all there, despite what they thought of Luna they stuck together because they recognized that keeping the group on SC together was more important than some petty personal vendetta, but not Turncoat- Turncoat was too caught up in a stubborn rage to really care about that. They ditched all of you, and preffered to ruminate while the rest of you stuck together thick and thin. And when SC was unwillingly taken from you when you finally sent Luna into a rage spiral, this opportunistic worm turned her defunct hate site into a clone of an objectively inferior copy of the interface and took over, banned one of the most entertaining members of the site (Primal), and shit talks on everybody's threads despite not even being around to say hi for a year.... before the people who were ACTUALLY THERE (Alice and Trypt) even had a CHANCE to make their new site. This is all about control and pride, not a genuine shit given for any of you. Turncoat is on opportunistic trannie who spent a year ignoring everyone on SC and sulking on Discord and only came back when they got a chance to have the power they so-hungrily desired.... and the site isn't even as fun.
