SCP-150 is probably one of the more unnerving ones for me.  There's definitely a major squick-factor, especially with the "Addendum 150-ETranscript of Exploratory Leukotomy and Nervous Tissue Transformation Experiments" section at the bottom.  However, it's unspoken philosophical implications are just as interesting and dire.

The whole concept is derived from the ancient conundrum from The Ship of Theseus (thus the title to the SCP).  The conundrum/thought experiment: "Does an object that has had all of its components replaced remain fundamentally the same object?"

It is fairly well-known that the human body replaces its cells on a septennial-basisOne may be lead to wonder what that means with our brains and consciousness and our experience of self-hood.  (Of course, the emphasis here is the fact that this regeneration is happening, regardless of the aggregation and timing of this process.)

Are we just consciousness(es) passing through a veil of particulate existences, taking temporary form?

SCP-914 is interesting mostly for its creative potential and input from the readership.  The premise is fairly direct: strange machine that takes in and alters matter.  Perhaps that it is entirely clockwork -- just gears and mechanics, without electronics -- is the first pause for wonder.  Next would be that it has five settings one can use when rendering its matter alterations: Rough, Coarse, 1:1, Fine, Very Fine.

The most intriguing part, really, is Experiment Log 914.  Here people have made a rather long list of experiments and their results with SCP-914.  There are too many to list here, but a few selections:

(Many result in humor, but some can be quite concerning...  Even some tests that seem to indicate SCP-914 may be sentient, perhaps sinister.)

Test 914-0103
Name: Dr. Grangan
Date: ██/██/████
Total Items: Five adult male cadavers

Input: One cadaver
Setting: Rough
Output: A pile of human remains. Limbs, organs and bones all appear to have been roughly separated via tearing action and high heat. Output described as "unsettling".

Input: One cadaver
Setting: Coarse
Output: Pile of human remains. All organs and bones have been removed by some form of cutting tool. The skin, nervous system, digestive system, and circulatory system all appear to have been removed without severing or damaging any of tissues involved. Results frozen for study.

Input: One cadaver
Setting: 1:1
Output: One Asian male cadaver. Original cadaver was identified as Caucasian.

Input: One cadaver
Setting: Fine
Output: One cadaver containing SCP-008. Subject immediately incinerated.

Input: One cadaver
Setting: Very Fine
Output: Green slime. Properties and chemical structure determined to be identical to SCP-447-2.

Note: By order of O5-█, cadavers may no longer be tested in SCP-914 in order to minimize the possibility of SCP-447-2 coming in contact with dead bodies.

Test 914-0234
Name: Dr. Mitchell
Date: 17/06/2018
Total Items: Three nylon American flags.

Input: One flag
Setting: Rough
Result: Several shredded, slightly melted pieces of nylon.

Input: One flag
Setting: 1:1
Output: One nylon flag of Poland.

Input: One flag
Setting: Very Fine
Output: American flag that is seemingly in perpetual motion, as if a light breeze was flowing past it continuously. Has a memetic property that results in anyone who is viewing it to feel extreme patriotism for their home country, not just the United States. This effect lasts up to three hours after ceasing viewing.

Note: Object placed in anomalous object storage.

Test 914-0430
Name: Sr. Researcher Calloway
Date: 20/02/2019
Total Items: 3 vials of aerosol amnestic solution.

Input: 1 vial of aerosol amnestic solution.
Setting: 1:1
Output: 1 vial of liquid. When identified, it was proven to be the Y-909 compound, from SCP-3000.

Note: Interesting. Put this away for further use. -Researcher Calloway

Input: 1 vial of aerosol amnestic solution.
Setting: Coarse
Output: 1 vial of water, a small pile of powder, and [REDACTED].

Note: Yes, we all know how to make amnestics, 914. -Researcher Calloway

Input: 1 vial of aerosol amnestic solution.
Setting: Fine
Output: A colorless, odorless gas. Detection methods proved unable to detect the gas, so the chamber was declared empty, and several researchers, including Calloway, were affected. The gas proved to be anomalous, with the effect of making all subjects who inhale it speak and write backwards for an unknown length of time.

Note: .sruoh flah a dna eerht rof siht ekil kcuts neeb ev'I ,em pleh enoemoS -Researcher Calloway

Note: We're going to let him sit this one out for the duration of the effect to allow him to ponder the question: Is testing of mind-affecting substances through unpredictable anomalous objects a good idea? No one tell him the answer; he'll have to come up with it on his own. - Dr. Veritas.

Don't give SCP-221 to TC (or maybe several other members of SC, no doubt).  Beauty leads to death.

Similar to SCP-914, SCP-294 is great for its creative potential.  It is a coffee machine with a QWERTY keyboard, capable of producing any liquid for the mere cost of fifty American cents.  Anything that is capable of having a liquid state is potentially available, though there is still some question as to the range and extent to which the machine can acquire the liquid.  (It actually seems to extract the liquid from a source, not produce it from nothing.)  The other remarkable aspect to this SCP is that the 12-ounce cup which holds the liquid doesn't sustain damage from whatever is produced.

A sample of some of the liquids produced:

Document SCP-294a (regarding incident 294-01): On August 21, 2005, Agent Joseph ██████ attempted to use Item SCP-294 to obtain coffee during his allotted break time at 9:30 AM. At the request of Agent █████ █████████ "to see what it would do", ██████ requested "a cup of Joe" from the item. Moments after confirming the selection, Agent Joseph ██████ began to sweat profusely and complained of dizziness before collapsing. After moving the unconscious agent to the infirmary, the medical team recovered the contents of the cup dispensed by Item SCP-294: a combination of blood, tissue, and other bodily fluids. Testing revealed the DNA sequence of the biological material dispensed by SCP-294 matched that of Agent ██████.

Agent ██████ made a complete recovery after four weeks of rest and intravenous hydration. X-rays and CAT scans showed no further signs of injury, and ██████ was released. Both agents were reprimanded. Additional security measures for SCP-294 have been recommended.

Addendum [SCP-294o-01]: Researcher ███ ██████, under observation of Level 4 personnel, keyed in a request of "the best drink I've ever had". SCP-294 dispensed a fluid similar in appearance to cola. The researcher identified it as a mixed drink he recalls having at a bar during his bachelor party, and was convinced it was "the best drink". ██████ did not know what ingredients were in the drink besides rum and cola. Further tests are scheduled to ascertain how SCP-294 gathers information.

And there's SCP-632 "Intrusive Arachnid Thoughts", which makes me wonder if it explains this obsession of mine.
