If you become a qualified psychiatrist and you are taken on by the goverment you are taught these programming methods in detail. This all involves the CIA, religion like christianity and judaism.
From what I have learned from these goverment hired psychiatrist during my stay in university.
Psychiatrist / cia. Can code your brain literally. They call it brain writing they can script your actions. Your activities. everything in your life. If the goverment feels like they can't trust you. Then you will undergo mind programming. The only people who can avoid this mind programming fate are people who are off the grid/off the radar. If the goverment can't find them they can't manipulate there minds.
I'm not saying this is a bad things. I think sometimes people do need to be mind controlled for the safety of society and it doesn't happen to everyone. Only people who are deemed resourceful or people who have been in the military and can prove dangerous to society.
But I have seen it in action. I have been to military bases with psychiatrists. They literally literally code there brains with laptops to undergo certain actions. and it works like 100% of the time. They can even get there location.
The justifiable reason for this is that these people are too dangerous to go back to circulating society without being controlled. They don't want to take them away from there families but they also don't want them to go back to society causes harm and danger.
Ex military people who have been in war undergo emotional control and mind control through the use of coding with technology. If this didn't happen then it would be like WW1 & the vietnam war with people getting addicted to opiates and commiting suicide.
They don't control there whole emotions. But when it comes to things like flashbacks, disturbed memories from the war uncontrollable emotions. They usually have devices to completely manipulate there mind into erasing those memories when they show up. It's hard work for them because they constantly have to work at it.
I don't think it's evil unless it was used to sexually abuse people, do there financial bidding(selling drugs, ponzi schemes) prostitution, assassination or mass murder. I think the whole mind programming is done for the good of america to stop people from harming eachother. Especially for people who have just left the war and come back to society I think this is by far the safest approach for anybody. Otherwise there would be alot more serial killers and mass murderers on the loose.
