Depends on the situation. I've watched a bunch of videos from that channel blanc posted from, and there are plenty of videos where a taser hits clothing and doesn't work, or the taser hits and does nothing (in one, the guy yells "THAT'S WHAT I FUCKIN' NEEDED, BABY!"). The odds usually aren't good enough to use a taser if the person has a knife.
