I had a horrible night my love

I awoke to the watery feel in my mouth before the vomit came up, i tried to stop myself so I could reach the bathroom and in doing so the vomitus took a burning pass through my nose. 

I reached the bathroom and violently expelled the foulness and the sick as my clammy hands tugged my wretched hair from my face. 

My body practically convulsing to get the sickness out, even now, writing this i feel a dreadful twist in my stomach at the memory. 

I found god and stared at his empty eyes, it filled me with such bitter cold yet i felt relentless heat in my face 

I was sure i would die Sug,

awwwww i knowwwwww...eat bland boring foods, bread, bananas, milk. drink water to flush it all out and rest my sweet love
