Just check Youtube, there's tons of Sherlock wannabe's and M.E. Thomases out there for ASPD and shit like it. They use it to tell themselves they're cool, collected, in control, etc.
Psychosis by comparison is about being out of control, not too many people want to portray something like that from it seeming shameful.
