any recommendations on what would be a decent trade to have mastered by the time I arrive in Israel?
(this will be the first time I've travelled outside of America besides Canada btw)
If you've only ever been to the States and Canada, you're prolly better off easing into other cultures rather than moving to Israel right off the bat lol
If you are interested in Israel though, you could try living on a Kibbutz for a while. I've not done it personally, but I've got friends who found it very worthwhile and eye-opening.
