If the welfare system is completely removed. Then the economy will completely shutdown and their will be millions of people homeless or without a house/apartment.
The western economy is completely dependent on welfare programs. Lazy people are actually doing their part by claiming welfare and it's not that much money either.
Let the people caught up in the rat race to sweat blood and the lazy people to be lazy. It all works out well. If you ever took an economic class you would realize just how useful the welfare system really and just how beneficial it is to the 1st world democratic economy.
As for greece. Their are barely any good jobs and your country is in massive debt. So establishing a beneficial welfare system just won't work out. Fuck greece.
The more money people spend > The more money is made available. This is exactly what the welfare system does.
