I'm pro safe vaccine. For the young, the deaths and destruction with this vaccine far exceed the benefits. But you are correct, if there are nefarious motives behind this, like Bill Gates' de-population strategy, then yes, vaccines would be the way to go. "Oh look, they got cancer two years later.
