The best project I bought in 2021 was last July. Snatched it at $3 and it went all the way to $200+. It started pulling back so I sold it and effectively turned 11k into 166k in 10 days.
I currently have 3 more projects I'm holding, brand new, no rug pulling here. I'll be enjoying the fruits of my labor real soon, though I just want a Tesla. I'll probably contract some programmers and artists to help with the workload and apply my own skills and direction and make whatever I want for mobile or whatever's interactive.
