It doesn't sound badass though, it just sounds like a reach. Even if all of your stories are true there's an element of how pitiable your needs are over how you can't seem to escape them.
Usually when someone claims they did something in their lives it's less vague than how you portray it, but I suppose that could be as simple an explanation as you not paying attention to all that goes on around you rather than outright lies. All I'm asking you to do is elaborate on your claims, be they fantasy or reality, yet you struggle to do so and immediately act as if you're under attack.

I use the word 'triggered' as something more causal, rather than just attributing it to anger. If there's a call and response situation going on, the caller is the baiter.
The way to bait me is to be interesting, something you didn't manage to achieve.
