-created 2-3 new generations of terrorists that want to avenge their families after they got airstriked
-armed 300,000 afghanis that are now part of the taliban (USA also armed the taliban in the 80's)
-made the situation immeasurably worse by every estimation

All good points, but also an absolute bitchslap to everyone who served/died in Afghanistan whose service and death now stands for sweet FA.
Also, the narrative that the US withdrawal caused the Taliban resurgence is horseshit.
The US withdrew BECAUSE the Taliban resurgence was underway, and we knew we'd get stuck in another 20 year proxy war that congress no longer has an appetite for.
