My guess is another Discord server, meaning he'll regress into something pathetic again instead of holding onto his growth he's found here. His sense of identity is shallow and short term, the guy adapts rather than growing. 

Aizen's utterly lost himself since coming here... Whatever he's found here... it has not been a source of inspiration for him.
